Sayoor Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by Sayoor, a Bangladeshi clothing brand led by CEO Shakib Alam. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4.2 Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Sayoor pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Details regarding our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds are outlined in a separate Returns Policy document available on our website. You agree to abide by the conditions of that policy. Generally, items must be returned within a specified period, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify Sayoor immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Sayoor name and logo are trademarks of Sayoor. You may not use these without prior written permission from Sayoor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayoor, its CEO Shakib Alam, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for any disputes.
